My girlfriend loved it. Personally, I couldn't see that much benefit. It gets pretty hot. On the lowest setting, mine settled at around 40–41°C. Unfortunately, the instructions don't say what temperature each setting is meant to be, although the unit itself shows the temperature on the LCD screen. I'm not sure why there's a discrepancy, but there is. The massage function works well. I think it uses sound or vibration, as I couldn't feel any of the usual rolling balls under the surface. The massage feels nice and seems either random or follows a pattern I haven't taken the time to work out. Overall, it feels OK, but at the same time I don't feel it's doing much. It's comfortable to wear for a while, and after 30 minutes the battery indicator had barely dropped. Fairly easy to use if you read the instructions. If you just put it on and get going, you might not realise how to lock the buttons, what each setting does, or that you can read the LCD screen upside down to make it easier to see. Overall, I think it's a nice enough gadget, but I don't see a huge benefit. For me, it isn't really worth the price. But if you like heat pads and vibration on sore spots, you'll probably love it.
Great product. Bought it for my wife, who was always complaining about back pain. Her back's a lot better now thanks to the belt.

This back massage belt feels really well made. The stretchy belt is great quality and feels soft. It's also long enough for any size, and the extra extension strap is a real bonus! It's very easy to use. The buttons are fairly self-explanatory and you can easily adjust the vibration to suit you. Level 2 is plenty for me. I do find the heat takes a little while to warm up, but it's actually my favourite feature as it really helps ease the pain. Easy to store away and handy to have around. Would definitely recommend!

This really helps my back. I usually leave it on for about five hours at a time. Sometimes it switches itself off, but I just turn it back on. The heat takes a little while to get going. I've noticed that if I keep pressing the button up to about 45°C, it gets really hot, but then it keeps cycling on and off. The vibration massages my back, which is good. My back hurts and I get cramps. I usually pull the belt up a bit higher, across my chest, to reach the spots that bother me most when I get cramps. It definitely helps and I use it every day now, some days more than others. It takes a little while to notice it's working. For me, it started helping after three days. Definitely worth the money.
I've been using it for a few weeks now and love it. For a start, the battery lasts ages and the whole thing is pretty light. It vibrates and heats up at the same time, and has red light too, which is brilliant! My favourite thing is being able to use it on the go. Great quality and a great price. Really soft on the inside too!

There are plenty of heat belts out there, but finding one that's cordless and rechargeable AND has a massage function? Feels like the complete package. I can't stress enough how handy it is not having a cable. Need to get up for another glass of water? No problem. Long car journey? Absolutely. At the cinema? No problem either, nobody notices. The heat settings are more than enough and I'm really happy with it overall!

If you're a woman, this is well worth getting. It's great on days when your back hurts because it massages and warms it, but if you get bad cramps, you can turn it round and put the heated part over your tummy. Honestly, this has saved me SO MANY times. Easy to use and gives a decent amount of pressure. The heat pad works really well and warms up nice and quickly. Get one, you won't regret it. Would also make a lovely little stocking filler for St Nicholas Day!!

I was quite sceptical as you hear about these sorts of products all the time, but I'm really happy with the results. It eases the pain and is really relaxing to wear too. Love it!

This is a really nicely designed therapy device. I like the way it produces heat, using red light rather than heating coils, which can sometimes feel too intense and be harder to control. I'm not a big fan of massages, so I don't really use that function, but I can imagine it's a nice extra for anyone who likes them. You can also use it to warm your tummy, and it works really well for that too.
At first I thought Bewegwohl might be a scam, but they reassured me and were really helpful. They gave me tips on my sleeping position and showed me ways to ease back pain naturally. Really friendly customer service and useful advice!
