1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to orders from the NorthPlus online shop. English is the language of contracts made through our English storefront. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
2. Products and orders
We sell products for everyday comfort and support. Features, included items and prices are set out in each product description. Check your selection, billing details and delivery address before ordering. You can correct errors using the input fields and basket before placing an order with an obligation to pay.
By submitting an order with an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to purchase. An automatic acknowledgement initially confirms receipt. We accept by an express order confirmation or dispatch; for payment methods that trigger immediate payment, acceptance occurs no later than our binding payment request. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment received.
Order details are emailed to you. Keep these messages and the terms that applied at the time of purchase.
3. Prices, payment and shipping
The prices and currency displayed when ordering apply. Check the currency before purchase. Payment options, any taxes and the total are shown at checkout before you place a binding order. Standard shipping is free. For UK and Australian orders, applicable taxes and import charges are included in the total shown at checkout. Agreed prices will not be changed unilaterally after a contract is formed.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses available at checkout. See our shipping policy for estimates, dispatch confirmation and help with missing parcels. For consumer purchases, transit risk generally passes when you or your nominated recipient receives the goods.
5. Cancellation and voluntary guarantee
Our cancellation and returns policy explains statutory cancellation rights and the additional money-back guarantee: 30 days as standard, 60 days for the NorthPlus Patella Strap, and 90 days for Amla Daily. Contact info@trynorthplus.com for returns or questions.
6. Safe use and faulty goods
Use products according to the supplied instructions, especially guidance on heat, duration and cleaning. Seek medical advice before use if you have health questions or unexplained symptoms. Product information does not replace individual diagnosis or treatment. Neither use guidance nor our voluntary guarantee limits your statutory rights concerning faulty goods, including applicable Australian consumer guarantees.
7. Liability
We remain fully liable for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory product liability. Where legally permitted, liability for minor negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the contract. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Privacy and content
See our privacy policy for personal data processing. Shop content is protected by copyright where applicable. Uses permitted by law remain allowed.
9. Applicable law and changes
Wyoming law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain competent. Changes to these terms apply only to future orders.
