Shipping policy

Shipping & delivery

  • Destinations: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other destinations available at checkout.
  • Standard shipping: free, with no minimum order value.
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from ordering, including processing, dispatch and shipping.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. The 5–7-business-day estimate covers the total delivery time, not just transit after dispatch. Any different delivery estimate will be shown with the relevant offer before purchase.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you confirmation with the available tracking details. Orders sent in multiple parcels may arrive on different days; we do not charge extra standard shipping for this.

International deliveries

We deliver to addresses available at checkout, with the United States as our main market, subject to legal shipping restrictions and temporary carrier limitations. If your country is unavailable, contact info@trynorthplus.com before ordering.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom and Australia, applicable taxes, import duties and customs clearance charges are included in the total shown at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery.

Delays, incorrect addresses or missing parcels

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, public holidays or carrier disruption may cause delays. We will help investigate any apparent delay. Your statutory rights relating to late or missing deliveries remain unaffected.

Check your delivery address before purchase. If you notice an error or have not received a parcel marked as delivered, email info@trynorthplus.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier; a tracking status alone does not remove your rights.

NorthPlus is operated by UNZ LIMITED LLC and managed from the United States. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Ningbo, China. Our return address is in Germany and is separate from our dispatch warehouse.
