ONE SMALL STRAP. A PRECISE POINT OF SUPPORT.
This Is Not Another Knee Sleeve.
A sleeve surrounds the joint. The Bewegwohl Knee Strap takes a more focused approach.
Its contoured silicone pad sits over the patellar tendon, directly beneath the kneecap. The adjustable band holds that pad in position while leaving the kneecap uncovered.
The difference is easy to see. Less material around your knee. A compact pad where the strap is designed to sit. And a fit you can adjust yourself.

WHY THE DESIGN IS DIFFERENT
One Strap. Three Details That Matter.
Support should be easy to position, comfortable to adjust and practical enough to wear.
01
Contoured Silicone Pad
The raised pad follows the area directly beneath the kneecap. Its shape focuses the strap’s contact over the patellar tendon instead of covering the whole joint.
02
Adjustable Band
Set the tension to suit your leg. The woven band wraps around behind the knee area and holds the front pad in place without needing a bulky sleeve.
03
Compact, Breathable Design
Less material around your knee means less bulk under clothing. The breathable textile keeps the strap practical for everyday use.
Still Working Around Your Knee Pain?
Different supports serve different purposes. Here is what makes the Bewegwohl Knee Strap a practical option for your routine.
The familiar workarounds
- A full knee sleeve: covers a larger area around the joint.
- A bulky brace: can take up more room under clothing.
- Taping: needs careful placement each time you apply it.
- Doing less: leaves you planning your day around what your knee will tolerate.
The Bewegwohl difference
- Focused contact: a contoured pad directly below the kneecap.
- Compact profile: less material around your leg.
- Adjustable and reusable: fasten the band and check the fit.
- Everyday support: a small strap to try in the activities that matter to you.
Why Proffesionals Recommend the Bewegwohl Knee Strap
“What I look for in a knee support is a focused fit without unnecessary bulk. The Bewegwohl Knee Strap combines a contoured pad positioned beneath the kneecap with an adjustable band to keep it in place. For suitable patients, that makes it a practical option to consider for support during everyday movement.”

Your Questions, Answered.
How is this different from a knee sleeve?
A sleeve covers a larger area around the joint. This compact strap positions a contoured silicone pad directly below the kneecap and leaves the kneecap uncovered.
Where exactly should I position it?
Position the front pad over the patellar tendon immediately below the lower edge of your kneecap. Keep it high on the upper shin, with the central curved dip pointing up. Follow the supplied instructions.
How tight should the strap be?
Adjust it so the pad stays securely in contact with your leg without digging in or restricting circulation. Loosen or remove it if you notice numbness, tingling or discomfort.
Can I use it on either knee?
Yes. The strap is suitable for the left or right knee. Position the pad directly beneath the kneecap on the side where you wear it.
Will it fit me?
The strap is adjustable. Check the current sizing information on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure, contact info@bewegwohl.com for help with the fit.
Can I wear it under trousers?
Its compact profile makes it easier to wear under clothing than a full brace. How discreet it looks depends on the fit and fabric of your trousers.
Can I wear it during exercise?
The strap is designed for support during movement. Start with gentle activity, check the fit and follow the supplied instructions. Stop if wearing it makes symptoms worse.
How long can I wear it?
Follow the supplied guidance and check your skin and the fit during use. Take breaks and remove it if it feels uncomfortable. Do not keep wearing a strap that irritates your skin.
Does it need charging?
No. It is a mechanical support strap, with no battery, charging cable or electrical function.
What if I have already tried sleeves and braces?
This strap uses a different design: a contoured pad directly below the kneecap, held by an adjustable band. The 60-day guarantee gives you time to assess that fit in your own routine.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
You can assess the fit as soon as you put it on and take a few gentle steps. Any change in symptoms varies by person and the cause of their knee pain; there is no single response time for everyone.
Can I use it with arthritis or a knee injury?
Ask your healthcare professional whether this type of support is suitable for your condition, particularly after an injury or surgery. It does not replace a diagnosis or prescribed treatment.
Is there a subscription?
No. The knee strap is a one-time purchase. Any available quantity offers are shown on the product page before checkout.
What if it is not right for me?
Your order comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Contact info@bewegwohl.com within the return period and follow the steps in our return policy.
